Woodsfield: Our First Flip
Our first flip (back in 2015) was located just one block from Pleasant Ridge's business district. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom shotgun style house featured original woodwork in pristine condition that we were able to preserve. The second floor included a master suite with a walk-in closet and a full bathroom that we reconfigured for optimal flow. An unfinished attic on the third floor offered lots of extra storage (and future potential!).
